Refund Policy
All purchases on oneinchonedream.com are one-time purchases of digital advertising space. All sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are described below.
1. Nature of Purchases
Purchases on this Site represent one-time purchases of digital display space on the oneinchonedream.com canvas. In exchange for your payment, you receive a designated pixel-inch block displayed publicly on the canvas. This is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment.
The Site operator is the merchant of record for all transactions. The payment processor handles card processing only.
2. EU / UK Withdrawal Rights β Important Notice
Under EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services, and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
However, at checkout, you are asked to explicitly confirm that:
- You understand this is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment
- You waive your right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law
3. When Refunds May Be Issued
We may issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same block due to a technical error. We will refund the duplicate charge(s) in full.
- Payment error: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error on our side. We will refund the difference.
- Block unavailable: The block you purchased was already taken and your order cannot be fulfilled. We will refund in full.
- EU/UK withdrawal β no waiver: If you are an EU/UK consumer and did not provide a withdrawal waiver, and contact us within 14 days, we will review your request under applicable consumer law.
4. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
- Change of mind after completing the purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the canvas, Site design, or functionality
- Failure to read these Terms before purchasing
- Content removed for policy violation β if your block content is removed due to violation of our Content Guidelines, no refund will be issued.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Cryptocurrency payments (due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at oneinchonedream@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your Order ID (provided at checkout)
- The email address used at purchase (if applicable)
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charge)
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all good-faith refund requests promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated fraudulently, we reserve the right to:
- Provide your bank with transaction evidence and consent records
- Remove the associated block from the canvas without notice
- Dispute the chargeback through our payment provider's dispute resolution process
7. Payment Processor's Role
Our payment processor processes payments as a payment processor β not as a Merchant of Record. All refund requests must go through us directly (see Section 5 above).
For payment disputes initiated through your bank, our payment processor facilitates the dispute process but the final decision rests with your issuing bank.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
