Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using oneinchonedream.com ("Site", "Service") and making a purchase, you ("User", "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

oneinchonedream.com is a digital advertising platform operated by an individual ("Andrew"). The Site features a public digital canvas of 1,000,000 pixel-inch spaces. Each space may be purchased for $1 (one US dollar) as a one-time purchase of digital advertising space.

Your purchased space will be displayed on the canvas for the operational lifetime of the platform — meaning as long as the Site remains operational and maintained by its owner. The Site owner makes no guarantee of perpetual availability.

In the event that the platform ceases operation, the Site operator will provide at least 30 days advance notice via the Site and/or email (if provided). A downloadable archive of the canvas will be made available so buyers may preserve a record of their purchased block.

Purchases are one-time purchases of digital advertising space. They are not investments, securities, or financial instruments of any kind.

3. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed via one of the following methods:

• Card payments (primary) — credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Card payments are processed securely by monobank (Plata by Mono), a licensed Ukrainian payment institution regulated by the National Bank of Ukraine. The Site operator does not store your full payment card details — these are handled exclusively by the payment provider.
• PayPal — via PayPal checkout. By paying via PayPal, you also agree to PayPal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Cryptocurrency — processed via NOWPayments, a third-party crypto payment gateway (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT/USDC and others). Payments are converted automatically. Crypto payments are not covered by our Refund Policy due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

4. What You Receive

You do not receive: real estate, land rights, equity, shares, physical goods, services, or any financial return.

• A designated pixel-inch block on the public canvas at oneinchonedream.com
• Your chosen name, emoji, image, or logo displayed on that block (subject to Content Guidelines)
• An optional link to your website or social profile associated with your block
• Display of your block for the operational lifetime of the platform

5. Content Guidelines

You may associate a name, emoji, short message, or website URL with your purchased block. By submitting content, you represent that it does not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• Contain explicit sexual content or content harmful to minors
• Constitute spam, advertising of illegal services, or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, the following applies:

Under EU Directive 2019/770 and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by completing your purchase and checking the withdrawal waiver checkbox at checkout, you expressly agree that:

• The digital service (canvas display) begins immediately upon payment
• You waive your right of withdrawal under applicable EU/UK consumer law
• This waiver is valid under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its equivalents

7. US Consumer Notice

For users in the United States: Purchases on this Site are one-time purchases of digital advertising space and are generally not tax-deductible. The Site operator does not provide tax advice. Consult a tax professional regarding your individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, logo, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of the Site operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

By submitting content (name, emoji, message, URL) to be displayed on the canvas, you grant the Site operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Site operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The operator's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to Terms

The Site operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The Site operator is a private individual entrepreneur based in Ukraine. For EU/UK consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and take precedence over any conflicting provision.
